Request a Sourcing Project
This page is the project brief rather than a sales form. Tell us what you are buying, where it will be sold, and what the price or budget has to achieve — those details are what the sourcing team screens suppliers against.
The details that decide where we look.
Product and specification decide the supplier pool; quantity, target price, packaging and destination market decide which of those suppliers can actually meet the request. A request can be started with the required items alone — the optional detail is what removes the back-and-forth.
-
01 Required
Product or category
The product, category or range you want sourced — an existing product to match, or something made to your specification.
-
02 Optional
Specifications
Material, size, colour, finish and function, plus any requirement the product has to meet.
-
03 Optional
Quantity
The first-order quantity, and the volume the product is expected to repeat at if you already know it.
-
04 Required
Target market
Where the goods will be sold, and what they sell through — your own brand, distribution or retail.
-
05 Optional
Target price or budget
A unit target or a total budget, in your currency, so the supplier search starts at the right tier.
-
06 Optional
Packaging
Retail box, master carton, labelling and barcode requirements, and whether packaging is standard or custom.
-
07 Optional
Timing
When the goods need to ship or reach the shelf, and any season or promotion the date is tied to.
-
08 Optional
Customization
Private label, colour, size, material or packaging changes, and how far the product may differ from your reference.
-
09 Optional
Files
Specification sheets, sample photos, a quantity and cost spreadsheet, packaging artwork or a reference sample — anything the team can check against.
Not every request arrives complete. Send what you have and mark the open points — quantity, target price, timing and destination-market requirements are confirmed with you before sourcing starts.
Three sections, one clear brief.
The form is grouped so nothing important is buried: who you are, what the project is, and the requirement plus any files. Fields marked Required are the minimum a sourcing team can work from — everything else can be confirmed later.
Send the requirement
Write it as a project brief. Short answers are enough; the sourcing team asks about anything that is still open.
What happens after you submit.
Sending the form starts an assessment, not an order. No payment is made at this stage: the trade model, the quotation and the payment terms are agreed in writing first.
-
01
Requirement review
The sourcing team reads the request against what supplier screening needs: product, specification, quantity, destination market, target price, packaging and timing.
-
02
Open questions
If something is missing or unclear, we come back with specific questions instead of guessing at your requirement.
-
03
Sourcing and screening
We look for suppliers that fit the product type, destination country, customization quantity, packaging, price and target market, then screen and negotiate with them.
-
04
Quotation, trade model and terms
We confirm which model applies — a sourcing agency with the factory price passed through and a service fee charged separately, or a resale quotation — and send the quotation in writing. Payment terms are confirmed in writing before any deposit is paid.
Standard payment is a 30% deposit against the signed PI, with the balance settled before shipment. Smaller orders follow the service rate schedule; the applicable structure is confirmed in writing with your quotation.
See how the project runs once it moves.
